Join us for an evening of gentle yoga, guided meditation, and acupuncture as we celebrate the beginning of Summer!
Hosted by Newburgh Acupuncture Project and Stefanie Vidal Yoga.
This Solstice practice is inspired by the Fire element, so we will focus on harmonizing the Heart, balancing our inner fire, and celebrating the joy and connection that summer brings.
We will start with a gentle and uplifting yoga session led by Stefanie. This will be followed by a guided meditation while Jenny administers a balancing acupuncture protocol.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. We can accommodate all levels of skill, fitness, and mobility. Chairs are available if needed. If you prefer not to receive acupuncture, we will offer ear seeds and aroma pressure, using essential oils on pressure points.
