In Chinese Medicine, winter is a time for deep restoration, when your body’s qi retreats inward for renewal. The Kidney and Bladder meridians, key in anchoring energy and calming the mind, are most active now. Balancing them can ease anxiety, improve sleep, and leave you feeling grounded.
We will begin with setting an intention and moving through 45 minutes of restorative yoga, followed by 45 minutes of deep relaxation with acupuncture. Guided meditation and breathing practices will be incorporated throughout.
